  • All our current products are shipped from the US.
  • We ship internationally.
  • Regular shipping time for US locations are 1-2 weeks
  • Shipping time for locations outside the US are expected to be 3-4 weeks

  • We accept 30 days refund for packages that are "as new".
  • Buyer pays return.

We are committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.



We deliver worldwide. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). 



Because our products are customized and created according to each customer's specifications, the products are designed and manufactured once the order is placed. This process usually takes five days. 

Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location and will be calculated and shown at checkout. 

Typically you can expect 1-2 week shipping time for US locations, and 3-4 weeks shipping time for locations outside the US.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.




If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.




We will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.




We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or your place of employment. We cannot deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses. Orders to PO box or parcel locker addresses will be receiving an email to confirm a valid delivery address. (Insert store name) is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.



Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which we makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

You have the right to revoke the purchase within thirty (30) days without having to state any reasons for this. This is for products that are in condition "as new", without any noticeable usage. Contact at with order number for returning. The deadline period for revocation is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.

According to the applicable consumer protection rules and unless the parties agree otherwise, the right of revocation does not apply for the supply of goods that are not ready-made and for which an individual choice or requisition by the consumer is decisive for their manufacturing, or which are evidently tailor-made to the personal requirements of the consumer. Because our products are personalized products, the right of revocation is determined by this Return policy and our Terms and Conditions.




We accept 30 days return for our products. For returns or refunds in case of defective, damaged or incorrect products, please send us an email at:



  • We will need to know your order number.
  • We do not pay for return.
  • Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
  • We reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our Return Policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.



We do our best and our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email, with one or more photos attached of the product damage or defect.




Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund may take up to 14 days to process. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe and QuickPay).
